基本算是的上是兰州的网红美食，加之这家是总店，所以排名更靠前，顺着导航走到了这条不太起眼的巷子，看到门口有人排队的地方就是，周六晚上来的算早的了，结果也是等了大半个小时了才进去。    点了好几个特色菜，总体来说还是很不错的，但是和西宁的比，羊肉还是差了一些，不过菜的出品很不错，特别适合适合拍照，想必也是成为网红的要素吧。    点了羊脖子肉，肉还是比较嫩的，就是太咸了，吃不出羊肉的鲜美，而且蘸料只有蒜蓉，对不爱吃蒜的人来说就有点难了。金城酿皮子真的是强力推荐，不论色泽还是口感都好，加了很多的麻酱，特别香。烤包子的话虽然吃不出牛羊肉，但是可以半打的买，适合尝试一下，当然6个包子也很猛的。    另外，三泡台基本是没说的必点，也得说是卖茶的小伙厉害，直接茶放桌上问要菊花还是三炮台，都不带不要的。不过话说这家三炮台味道还很好，香甜可口都齐了，回味也很足。    总得来说这家还是有两把刷子的，不过作为专卖手抓羊肉的店，还是有进步空间的，而且服务员态度方面还可以加强，感觉服务员都是麻木的机械动作，脸上也都是疲惫。
